1 DAY FIRE SAFETY TRAINING:

In many workplaces, having staff who are trained in fire safety is a legal requirement. This interactive course provides an introduction to essential fire safety skills, tailored to your industry.

OBJECTIVES:

By the end of this course, employees will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure their own safety and the safety of others in accordance with the current fire safety legislation.

DURATION:

This one-day course is held by our highly trained and experienced tutors.

COURSE CONTENT:

• The dangers of fire in the workplace
• Controlling fire risk in the workplace
• The principles of fire safety management
• The role of the fire marshal

ASSESSMENT / CERTIFICATION:

At the end of the course, delegates will be assessed using a multiple-choice exam paper and a range of practical assessments – both of which have an 80% pass mark. Once they pass, delegates will be awarded a QST certificate which is valid for three years.
