CITB Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme
CITB SITE SUPERVISION SAFETY TRAINING SCHEME (SSSTS)
The construction site supervisor has a vital role – maintaining high health and safety standards in the workplace. This two-day CITB course covers everything supervisors need to know about running a safe, efficient site.
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the course, delegates will be able to carry out risk assessments, tool box talks and method statement briefings. They will be up-to-speed on the problems faced by the industry, and they will be able to explain the ins and outs of how health and safety law is structured and how it applies to them. Delegates will also have the capacity to recognise how their supervisory role works within the management structure, and its importance in controlling site safety and monitoring site activities effectively.
DURATION:
This two-day course (15 hours tuition) will be held by our CITB-accredited trainers. To be eligible for the certificate, delegates must attend the full course.
