EUSR Water Hygiene –
Blue Card

QST is one of the UK’s leading provider of EUSR Water Hygiene / Blue Card courses, providing training on-site throughout the UK and at our training centre in the South West.

EUSR Water Hygiene – Blue Card

The EUSR ‘Blue Card’ is achieved by completing the EUSR Water Hygiene course.
Whether you work for a water company directly or indirectly, all individuals working on the clean water network must hold an EUSR Water Hygiene certificate – or ‘Blue Card’. Holding the Blue Card entitles individuals to work within the Restricted Operations space.

Restricted Operations also include working on or around Wells, Springs, Boreholes, Water Mains, and Service Pipes.

OBJECTIVES:

Delegates will gain and consolidate understanding of maintaining safe, clean drinking water for the purpose of protecting public health.

Delegates will show a safety-minded approach to managing work on Restricted Operations; working and communicating well with others to keep work sites safe, minimising risk of water contamination.

The EUSR Water Hygiene Blue Card was developed by EUSR in collaboration with key bodies within the UK Water industry, and is widely regarded as the standard for safe working around public water services.

DURATION:

This is a 3 hour/half-day course, run nationwide by our team of expert Tutors. Courses may be booked online, on site, or at our Training Hub depending on your preference.
