Quality Safety Training are pleased to be able to offer meeting room hire in Ashburton!

We have recently moved into a newly built unit that has 2 rooms that can be hired for any needs, whether it be a meeting, a training session, for interviews or for a networking event.

Ideally situated just off the main Devon Expressway, or A38, we are very easy to get to and from.  Just a 2 minute drive from the Ashburton exit!  As we are situated in a small industrial estate, on-site parking is not an issue.

You can choose from one large all purpose room on the ground floor and one very large all purpose room on the first floor.

The large meeting room on the ground floor is fully accessible with accessible facilities available.

This room can easily accommodate up to 12 people and can be set up in a variety of different ways.

You can have a boardroom style meeting with tables and chairs facing each other.  This will give you ample space to set out any papers required for discussion, or to lay out plans / drawings as needed.

If you have a training course, the room can be set out in a classroom style so that your delegates will be facing the front of the room.  Again, this can easily accommodate up to 12 delegates comfortably.

If you were looking for a more personal setting for interviews, the room can be arranged to suit this as well.

The very large meeting room on the first floor, for hire in Ashburton, can be used for a meeting, a conference, a training course or even a networking event. The meeting room covers the entirety of the top floor of our building so it can accommodate up to 40 people with a theatre style table layout or 20 people in a u-shaped style.

Planning a corporate networking event? No problem! 

Our very large meeting room would be perfect for this and can accommodate up to 40 people, mingling with ease.

With large windows to the side elevation there is lots of natural light flooding into both all purpose rooms making them very bright and inviting.  Blinds are provided on these windows if you need to show a presentation, or if the sun gets too hot!

We have also installed air conditioning and heating units in these rooms which makes them perfect for any weather.

In both of our meeting rooms for hire in Devon, we also have the facility to use flip charts as well as smart televisions that can be connected to a computer.

If you don’t want to use a television but would prefer to use a projector, this can also be accommodated as our walls are painted white.

If you need refreshments for your meeting or event, we can provide tea and coffee as an extra and would be pleased to discuss your requirements with you.  We do also have a kitchen, should you wish to provide your own tea, coffee, etc.

We are also able to recommend a catering company that would be able to provide your event with sandwiches and cold or hot buffets as required.
